Brookhaven
keep an extensive stock of the most popular particle
size standards to ensure rapid delivery whenever possible.
However, for items not in stock at the time when your
order is received, and which therefore have to be brought
in from America, delivery times are now considerably
longer than they were prior to 2010. This is due to
procedural changes made by the manufacturer and is completely
beyond our control.
Therefore,
when planning your requirements, may we ask you to bear
in mind that it will typically take at least seven days
and usually up to 14 days before we can ship your order
to you. Items which are packaged to order will, as always,
require another week. We can no longer meet emergency
requests as we once could.
We regret
this change and will nevertheless do all we can to mitigate
its effects on our service to you.
